5. Update Tutorial & Troubleshooting
Having issues with OTA updates or unable to connect the arm band? Please watch the tutorial video and check the troubleshooting guide.
Common Issues:
• Android: When connecting to the armband's Wi‑Fi, you may see a prompt such as “No Internet connection. Stay connected?” Please select “Keep Connected.” If this prompt does not appear, please tap “Forget network” and reconnect.
• iOS: After connecting to the Wi‑Fi, return to the Tenniix App. The system will pop up a permission prompt: Allow “TENNIIX” to find devices on local networks. Please select Allow. The app will then automatically enter the OTA update screen and start the update. Please wait patiently until the armband update is complete. If you tapped “Don’t Allow,” please tap “Forget This Network” and reconnect.
